Family Vacation During COVID-19 Times: Part 1

My husband and I live about a 9 hour drive from our families, so we do our best to make sure we see them at least twice a year. That was a huge challenge in 2020, as I know it was for everyone. Instead of going forward with our planned beach vacation, we ended up having both families visit us, three weeks apart.

We spent most of the time at the house, playing inside and out, and taking walks around the neighborhood, with one quick trip to the infamous Cooper's Rock, because have you even been to Morgantown, WV if you haven't been to Cooper's Rock? Although it wasn't the summer vacation any of us were expecting, we all had a blast, and it was so good to spend quality time with my family.

I've taken it upon myself to be the family documenter, so I had a camera in my hand more often than not. Below are some of the photos from the visit. To see video of our week, check out this IGTV video on Instagram.
